Buyer's Ticketing Terms and Conditions

 

StageCenta.com (the “Site”) and the StageCenta mobile application (the “Application) are online services owned and operated by Inbizecom Pty Ltd (ACN 092 284 029) trading as StageCenta (“we”, “our”, “us” or “StageCenta”). The Site and the Application are collectively referred to herein as the “Products”.


Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Products. During the process of purchasing tickets you will be presented with these terms and conditions, by ticking the "I agree" option at this stage you will have accepted the following conditions of sale.

StageCenta may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By making a purchase through our Products after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.

Tickets are sold by StageCenta as agent for the person (“seller”) responsible for the relevant event. ALL CLAIMS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGECENTA HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU.

The following conditions are both for the sale of tickets (including any resale or subsequent assignment) and the ticket holder’s attendance of the event:

  1. All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the performance is cancelled.
  2. Exchanges can only be made 48 hours or more prior to the currently ticketed performance. An exchange fee will apply.
  3. If a performance is cancelled due to an Act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond the agent's control, there is no right of refund or exchange, and no obligation is assured by StageCenta for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.
  4. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  5. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission. Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and may be excluded if no suitable break occurs.
  6. Photographic, film/video and sound recording of the performance may not be permitted.
  7. It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue.
  8. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from StageCenta or other authorised points of sale.
  9. You must allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets. Methods of collection and/or delivery will be available when choosing your collection/delivery details. StageCenta reserves the right to change your delivery method to "Venue Collect" in its discretion.
  10. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets at the venue and / or entry to the performance.


Data Use and Protection

Inbizecom Pty Ltd trading as StageCenta collects personal information as agent for the seller, for the purposes of cancellation notification, accounting and marketing of future events. The collected information will be dealt with by StageCenta and the seller in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other laws. You are not obliged to provide information, but a failure to do so may mean you cannot purchase tickets. The seller’s contact details are available upon request from StageCenta. You may seek access to information about you held by the seller or StageCenta.
