School of Rock
Edith began acting aged 5 with Pied Piper Productions, performing in six shows. She has acted in multiple Budding Entertainment productions, including as Lady Catherine de Bourgh in the youth cast of Pride and Prejudice, and Kirsty Buddings The 100. Edith performed in The Circus Train Wreck for the 2019 Short and Sweet festival, which went to the festival gala. Edith began singing lessons with Sophie Edwards in 2016, and this year began singing with Tracy Bourne. She has won several eisteddfod awards, including 1st and 2nd places in last month's Australian National Eisteddfod. In 2022 she has performed in three shows: reprising her role as Gretl in Queanbeyan Players The Sound of Music Encore; a Delta Nu ensemble member and U/S Vivienne in St Clares Legally Blonde Jnr; and as Zena in the Crimson Firefly Circus with Marist College. Edith is thrilled to be playing her dream role of Summer Hathaway in the School of Rock!
