Nikole has been on or around the stage since she stopped needing nappies. After playing the important role of a rabbit at age 3, she has expanded her resume by portraying a variety of roles such as a whore, stripper, trashy b-grade Cabaret girl and drunk bar-dancing wife among others...a truly diverse talent!!! Now that her body breaks down at the thought of the splits, she concentrates on torturing the up and coming young-ins instead!
Over the last 13 years she has choreographed various shows in Canberra and Queanbeyan. Favourites include A CHORUS LINE in 2003 for G-string Productions (CAT Award nomination for best choreography), THE SOUND OF MUSIC for Queanbeyan Players and more recently THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS for Phoenix, the sold out production of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR for Queanbeyan Players and HAIRSPRAY THE MUSICAL (CAT Award nomination for best choreography), for Philo. One of her proudest moments was watching her Aggie boys (Whorehouse) lift the roof off Llewelyn Hall and receive a 1000 people standing ovation at the 2011 CAT Awards.
Queanbeyan Players is always a pleasure to work for and very conveniently located down the road from her house!! Nikole would like to thank the beautiful Beth Deer for all her assistance through this production. Not rehearsing weekends and working shiftwork makes it very difficult to always be around and Beth has filled in perfectly. Much love to you
