Bernard, an American businessman living in Paris, smoothly juggles love affairs with three air hostesses (as they were called back in the 60s), who touch down briefly but amorously in his apartment between flights.

There's Gloria, the stunning American stewardess from T.W.A.; Gabriella, the sexy Italian stewardess; and Gretchen, the passionate dominatrix stewardess from Lufthansa. Thanks to Bernard's keen study of flight schedules and the efficiency of his grumbling housekeeper, Berthe, his three mistresses have no clue of one another's existence.

But when Bernard's old friend Robert arrives, things get bumpy. Schedule changes, flight delays and chaos ensue in this hysterical, high-flying fiancee-fueled fiasco.
