Ickle Pickle Productions

Ickle Pickle Productions is a Canberra-based production company, providing original and innovative entertainment to the Canberra community as well as technical solutions for live theatre, television and film.

Ickle Pickle Productions was founded in late 2005 as a result of a request by the Belconnen Community Service Arts and Culture Program to produce quality and accessible theatre productions. The result was the critically acclaimed and box office success known as Goldilocks, by Peter Macdonald.

Since these humble beginnings, Ickle Pickle Productions has rapidly become an established fixture in the Canberra theatre community. Already Ickle Pickle Productions has become known for developing numerous new shows, providing Canberra audiences and performers with the opportunity to see and be involved in original and innovative productions.

Ickle Pickle has also been commissioned by the National Gallery of Australia to produce three original productions to open new exhibitions, including Muse de Light, which opened the Masterpieces from Paris Exhibition in 2009. Ickle Pickle has recently been commissioned to develop a new show for the upcoming Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition.

Ickle Pickle Productions provides a structured, supportive, safe and dynamic theatre environment, with a varied program offering opportunites to actors and production teams of all skill levels and experience.
