Richard arrived on the Canberra theatre scene late in life, somewhere between his 31st and 32nd birthdays. His first show was in Phoenix Players production of Kiss Me Kate in 2006, where he "Fell in love with theatre" and since then he has appeared in dozens of shows ranging from plays to musicals to pantomimes.

In 2010 Richard began his foray into producing shows as the Production Manager for Phoenix Players Disney's double bill - Cinderella and The Aristocats. He found managing two casts of about 50 children set him up to handle adult casts like "no other text book training could ever have". In 2012 he got his first chance direct with How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying as part of the Phoenix Players - Phoenix Rising Program.

In 2013 he performed leading roles in Ickle Pickle's production of Oliver! playing the "suitably sinister" Bill Sikes, as Frank Butler in Queanbeyan Player's Annie Get Your Gun and as understudy for the role of Javert in Canberra Philharmonic Society's Les Miserable.

In 2013 Richard launched the StageCenta website as a resource and information hub for the theatre scene.

In 2014 Richard established Dramatic Productions to co-produce The Rokitelly Man with Ickle Pickle Productions. And then in 2015 directed and produced The Last Five Years and teaming up with the ANU School of Music Into the Woods which won 3 Canberra Area Theatre awards. In 2016 Richard directed Dramatic Productions 4th show Catch Me If You Can.

2017 saw the last production directed by Richard, Sweeney Todd. Afterwards he would exclusively produce theatre, staging Heathers the Musical in 2018 and then The Producers in 2019, starring Daryl Somers (Hey Hey Its Saturday) and directed by Rachael Beck.

Anne was introduced to the wonderful world of theatre by a university friend. She has been involved with a number of local productions and has a particular love of period costumes.

She became more involved in the Canberra theatre scene when a work colleague saw fit to introduce her to the folks at Canberra Rep. They (perhaps foolishly) let her loose in their wardrobe, and the obsession with theatre costuming began.

Anne was delighted to work with Canberra Philo for the first time in 2013, as Costume Designer for their production of Les Miserables.

Debra has enjoyed a long and exciting amateur theatre career in both Canberra and Melbourne. She is currently living and working in Canberra.

Her Musical Theatre credits include: Hold Me Touch Me (The Producers), Maggie Jones (42nd Street), U/S Madame Thenadier/Ensemble (Les Miserables), Jacks Mum/Granny (Into the Woods), Mrs Pembleton (Rokitelly Man), Madame Firman (Phantom of the Opera), Maizy La Bird (Suessical), Widow Corney (Oliver), Mrs Koala (Snugglepot and Cuddlepie), Stepmother (Into the Woods), Mother Abbess (Sound of Music), Ensemble (Les Miserables), Ensemble (Follies), Sister Amnesia (Nunsense), Gilmer (Godspell), Maisie (The Boyfriend), Domina (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum), Rizzo (Grease), and a variety of small roles in Gilbert and Sullivan productions and school productions.

She has also appeared in several local TV commercials, Short Films and promotional training DVDs.

Joseph has been involved in theatre for nearly 30 years.  As well as being involved with the many Canberra Theatre Companies he has worked with Dirty Dicks Theatre Restaurant for a quarter of a Century.  He has appeared on over 1000 performances of this particular Theatre Restaurant.

He has also appeared in "Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of The Worlds", "The Phantom of The Opera", "Spamalot", "Jesus Christ Superstar", "West Side Story" and many more.

He is also the voice over guy for the "Cat Awards"

The Rokitelly Man is Joanna's fifth musical. Jo has previously performed in Queanbeyan Players' Return to the Forbidden Planet (June 2013), Everyman Theatre's Rent (December 2012), Queanbeyan City Council's Hair (June 2012) and Queanbeyan Players' Jesus Christ Superstar (June 2011).  Audiences can also see Jo in Queanbeyan City Council's upcoming production of Sunset Boulevard in October 2014.

Jo attended the Australian Musical Theatre Workshop run by the Harvest Rain Theatre Company in January 2013, and has completed a Certificate III in Performance (Acting) with the Canberra Academy of Dramatic Art in 2011. Jo has also been an extra in a number of short films and television commercials within the Canberra area, training and information videos for government departments, and a print model for a national government campaign.
