Awe-inspiring and spectacular, WICKED is the untold story of the witches of Oz. Long before Dorothy dropped in, two other girls meet in the land of Oz. Elphaba, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, yet misunderstood and Galinda, blonde, beautiful, ambitious and very popular. WICKED tells the enthralling story of these two unlikely friends and how they became the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.

 

The story centres on the fiery Elphaba but it’s the girls’ struggle through opposing personalities and viewpoints, rivalry over the same love-interest, reactions to the Wizard's corrupt government, and, ultimately, Elphaba's public fall from grace.
