Lauren could not be more thrilled to be apart of Dramatic Productions 'The Producers'. She has previously taken part in other productions such as Wedding Singer (Queanbeyan Players) and Hello dolly! (Queanbeyan Players). As a childcare educator by day, she's enjoyed the change of pace in humour and music. Other than being an educator, Lauren spends most of her time drowning in the arts, taking vocal lessons with Tara Davidson, taking ballet classes at Legs Performing Arts and studying her diploma in children's services.

When requested to give an 'interesting fact about herself' Lauren realised that she was not very interesting. The only facts that she could offer was that she attempts to learn French at least twice a year, she has no sense of smell and that she really hopes you enjoy this production.

Janelle most recently performed the role of Kate/Lilli in Queanbeyan Players production of Kiss Me, Kate (having previously performed the role of Lois/Bianca for Phoenix Players/Papermoon). 

Janelle earned a CAT Award nomination for her portrayal of Milly in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and then went on to perform lead and supporting roles in many other theatre productions such as Grizabella in Free Rain’s CATS and the French femme fatale Paula Abagnale in Dramatic Productions’ staging of Catch Me If You Can as well as performing in two major productions - Mary Poppins (Winifred Banks u/s) for Free Rain, at The Canberra Theatre followed by Jesus Christ Superstar - the Arena Spectacular (Soul Sister) at the AIS Arena.

Two more recent favourites include the lead roles of Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly! and Diana in Phoenix Player’s critically acclaimed production of Next to Normal. 

Other theatre roles include Titanic: The Musical (Kate Murphy), Les Miserablés (Fantine u/s), Return to the Forbidden Planet (Satellite Sister), Tarantara, Tarantara (Rose Hervey), Eurobeat (Estelle LeCroix), Chicago (Sassy Sinner), Jazz Garters (Soloist), Showtune(Soloist), Oliver!, CATS (Exotica) as well as originating the roles of Eve and Cleopatra in Sevenonesix’s production of Department of Heaven.

Aleesha enjoys all aspects of acting from screen to theatre and has performed in many theatre productions, including Ralphina in Kiss Me Kate, Blanche Dubois in A Streetcar Named Desire, Lauren in Together, as well as appearing in shows such as Robin Hood, Mulan and The Nutcracker. Aleesha was also chosen to perform with the acclaimed Zen-Zen-Zo Theatre Company.

As a passionate actor, she spends most of her time in the industry, working as an improvisational actor and on-screen in various short films and commercials. Aleesha is also an Art/Drama teacher to primary school students. 

Her three beautiful children already have acting credits under their belt and she adores that they share her passion. 

Shelby is a third-generation theatre nerd, starring in her first role as 'Salvation Army Toy Cymbal Player' in Guys and Dolls at age 3.

Through the years she has performed in many different musical theatre shows, plays, and concerts across NSW, Victoria, and ACT. Shelby has also successfully developed a name for herself in the Australian country and folk music scene as 'Shelby Grace'.

Recently, Shelby has been involved both on and off stage in shows such as Kiss Me, Kate (2021, Queanbeyan Players), The Who’s Tommy (2020, Canberra Philo), Shout! The Mod Musical (2020, Cooma Little Theatre), Spamalot (2019, SMMC) The Sound of Music (2018, Cooma Little Theatre), Mary Poppins (2018, SMMC), and All Shook Up (2017, Cooma Little Theatre).

Shelby has completed AMEB Grade Five & Six vocal exams with honors and is currently studying under the tuition of Dianna Nixon at Wild Voices Musical Theatre. 

Shelby hopes to be involved in many more shows within the coming years.
