In this new commission, Taiwanese artist Su Pinwen interrogates ideas of value in our society - what do we consider ‘leftover’ and who gets to decide? Through a feminist lens, 'Leftover Market' traverses gender, misogyny and sexism, food and material waste, begging the question, do people have a best before date?
